From 100% grass fed beef and healthy ingredients on the Big Island of Hawaii

  • Can my order be delivered to Kona or other areas of the island outside of Hilo?
    Yes, orders can be delivered on other areas of the Big island if you choose the 'Big Island Delivery' shipping option on the checkout page. Orders can be delivered to Kona daily, and Tuesdays and Thursdays for the rest of the island. Once your order is placed, please contact us to schedule a time for pick up.
  • Do you ship outside of the Big Island?
    Yes, absolutely! We offer shipping off island to Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai through Young Brothers with a minimum purchase of 50lbs of the raw dog food products. Orders are shipped weekly on every Thursday. Products usually arrive with 1-2 days and your product will be held and refrigerated for up to three days.
  • Can I avoid shipping or delivery fees if I pick up directly from you?
    Yes, if you would like to do a direct pick up in Hilo please select the Hilo Pickup option at checkout. Pick up hours will be from 8am-3pm M-F
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
